Refund / Cancellation Policy

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers. As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice. Since all our products are custom ordered, FURNITURE MARKET LLC and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. Your signature is your agreement to accept in full all terms and conditions listed by FURNITURE MARKET LLC including the policies herein. The total order amount, to include any and all agreed upon delivery, protection plans, promotions and sales tax will be paid in full with authorized credit card, cash, check or Gift Card at the time the order is placed. .

Cancellation Policy: FURNITURE MARKET LLC cannot accept cancellations on upholstery items after 72 hours of order placement. We at FURNITURE MARKET LLC try to remain the most customer friendly furniture company and will attempt to assist you if it should become necessary for you to cancel your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders which have already been prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please note that even if the tracking number is not available at the time of your cancellation request it might actually be too late to cancel. .

Return Policy: Please do not assemble any product that you might be returning. Product assembled by the customer cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances. The face value of any coupon opened will be deducted from any deposits or payments made. Product cannot be returned without prior authorization by FURNITURE MARKET LLC. If you are not satisfied with your Furniture Market LLC purchase, return the item(s) with original packaging within seven (7) business days of the date of purchase. Customer must provide a copy of the original sales receipt with payment receipt, credit card or canceled check. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. *See restocking fee* below. If an item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method. Non-Warranty Returns: We make every effort to deliver products that meet or exceed your expectations. In the event that our products do not meet your expectations the return policies and procedures stated above will apply. We do not accept any returns on mattresses or box springs, coupons, upholstery, books, furniture cleaning kits, protection plans, items sold ¿as is¿, or custom table pads.

Restocking fee(s): Items sold ¿off the floor¿ and are removed from its original packing will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%). Cancellations on all special orders are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee.
